The Personal Data Administrator, i.e. POLI – FARM sp. z o. o., is responsible for the processing of Users’ personal data collected via the website. based in Łowicz (99-400), ul. Łyszkowicka 59, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number: 0000155038, NIP: 834-18-10-997, tel. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Act on the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
Personal data that the User may be asked to provide include, in particular, data enabling user identification (name, surname, contact details – address, telephone number, e-mail).
The data is processed for the purpose of providing services, including Product sales contracts, as well as in cases where it is necessary to fulfill the legally justified purposes of the Data Administrator, in particular for the purposes of direct marketing of own products or services, or for other purposes for which the user will give consent if it is required in accordance
with applicable regulations. In particular, this may be consent to receiving correspondence and commercial information regarding the Administrator’s own products and services and those of partners cooperating with the Administrator, sent electronically and by telephone. Providing specific personal data is necessary to conclude a sales contract with the User. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
We will share Users’ data with our employees as well as entities cooperating with us that support us in the implementation of the contract, including: financial institutions, suppliers and partners supporting the provision of logistics, transport and delivery, accounting and legal services. These entities obtain data only to the extent and for the period necessary to perform the contract.
We undertake to respect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and to guarantee the possibility of exercising his rights. Users have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data. In some cases, you also have other rights, such as the right to object to the use of your data or to transfer it. In order to change or delete data, the User may ask the Data Administrator to make appropriate changes. The Seller reserves that deleting personal data may make it impossible to perform post-sales processes. You can request information from us at any time about the scope of our processing of your personal data.
In the event of incorrect processing of your personal data, you have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Before submitting a complaint, you must submit an appropriate request to the Data Administrator.
We store personal data until the User’s account is deleted. The account may be deleted at your request, but also if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, object to their processing or request their deletion.
Our systems will only retain archival information about transactions concluded by you, the storage of which is related to, for example, your claims, as well as in connection with the legal provisions applicable to us.
Some areas of our website may use the so-called cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the User’s computer, identifying it in a way necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the User’s computer. The condition for cookies to work is their acceptance by the User’s web browser
and not deleting them from disk.
The Service Provider processes the data contained in cookies when visitors use the Online Store in order to:
identifying Service Users as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
remembering Products added to the cart in order to reserve them;
remembering data from completed reservation forms;
enabling efficient contact with the User via the contact form;
adapting the website content to the individual preferences of the Service User (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the website;
conducting anonymous statistics showing how the website is used and examining Users’ needs, excluding personal identification of Users.
The user is entitled to change the settings regarding the file mechanism at any time
